Patriot Games

Kansas City (4-5) at New England (6-3) -15

KC visits New England on MNF.  The Pats finally turned it around last week after losing 2 straight by putting the Jets back in their place 37-16.  KC on the other hand has lost 2 straight, showing minimal effort in a 31-3 blow out at home to the Dolphins and a 17-10 loss to Jesus himself Tim Tebow and his Denver Broncos.  To top it off KC has lost QB Matt Cassel for the year to a hand injury and is starting Tyler Palko.  This is Palko's first NFL start, and I can't think of a worse spot to be in facing arguably the best QB in the league on the road.  Pats roll in this spot

Rodgers passing attack on full display

Minnesota (2-6) at Green Bay (8-0) -13

Aaron Rodgers and the Packers are playing at home on MNF vs rookie Christian Ponder and the Vikes.  I know your not supposed to give up 2 touchdowns in a primetime game but I can't take Minnesota here Yes Ponder played well in their first meeting going 13/32 219 yds, 2tds, 2ints, but that was in the Metradome and the place was silent when he had the ball.  They travel to hostile Lambou Field where the Pack haven't lost since October 17, 2010.  Ponder will feel the noise on the big stage and crumble the Pack are 12-3-1 ATS in their past 16 home games, Minn is 1-6-1 ATS in their last 8 against NFC north opponents.  Rodgers and the Pack are too much in this spot.  Cash those tickets!!!

Watch out Cincy here comes the Big Boys

Pittsburgh (6-3) -3 at Cincinnati (6-2)

Ya Ya i know Cincy has won 5 straight but lets look at who they played in those games Tennessee, Indy, Seattle, Jacksonville, Buffalo.  The only good team they played was Buffalo and they got them in Cincy winning by 3 23-20.  They haven't played Pittsburgh or Baltimore and I think it's time for Rookie QB Andy Dalton to come back to earth.  Cincy is a good story but do really think they are a playoff team? Me either.  Pittsburgh on the other hand is a solid team losing to Baltimore twice and Houston who are both playoff teams no shame in that.  Pittsburgh is 7-2 ATS in their last 9 meetings head to head.  The favorite is 6-2 ATS in their last 8 meetings, ill take those odds all day.  Sorry Cincy fans back to reality.  Cash those tickets!!!

Stanford BCS a Bustin'

No. 6 Oregon (8-1) at No. 2 Stanford (9-0) -3.5

As you you know Stanford is 9-0 overall and 9-0 ATS this year, this might have some people asking when is this trend gonna end or scare some bettors this week as Stanford's last lose came at the hands of these same Ducks last year.  But here is why they're wrong Andrew Luck is at a completely different level than anyone has seen in college football in a long time if he was playing in the NFL he would be rookie of the year but instead hes picking on 19 year old sophomores corner backs.   Last year Oregon had a better Defense and more team speed on the outside,  Stanford is at home on the farm and I look for them to get payback and go 10-0 overall and 10-0 ATS the dream is still alive with Stanford.
